Following him, every actor that came to the industry has been hitting the gym to maintain a good body and stay fit.

These days every youngster in India is like ‘What is Tiger Shroff’s body stats? What is his workout routine?
We’ll tell you, Shroff is a fitness enthusiast, who doesn’t like to miss his workout regime and train himself all seven days of the week, followed by a strict diet.
To him it’s all about being consistent, and his workout consists of a mix of everything. Lot of cardio and weight training for strength and for flexibility, he practices gymnastics and martial arts. Whenever he gets free time, he practices football and kick-boxing, and takes action fighting classes from his instructor to improve his flexibility, followed by a ‘cave-man’ diet, as he won’t consume anything after 7 pm.
