A day ahead of second-phase Lok Sabha elections are to be held, a woman poll official has been killed by suspected Maoist in Odisha.
Election supervisor Sanjukta Digal was shot dead by a suspected Maoist in Kandhamal district on Wednesday.
Digal, who sustained grievous injuries, was rushed to the hospital for treatment. However, doctors declared her brought dead.

A total of 95 constituencies, spread over 11 States and one Union Territory, will undergo polls in the second phase of Lok Sabha elections on Thursday.
