Belying a growing age, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday showcased why it is rightly said that “age is just a number” as he addressed three public rallies in the States of Arunachal Pradesh and West Bengal.
Exhibiting his untiring self, the Prime Minister addressed one rally at Pasighat stadium in Arunachal’s East Siang district and later in West Bengal’s Kolkata and Siliguri areas.
With electioneering gaining momentum for the simultaneous Lok Sabha and assembly polls in Arunachal Pradesh, political parties are banking on star campaigners, social media platforms and door-to-door visits to woo voters in the northeastern state, a private channel reported.
In West Bengal, Modi launched his campaign for the upcoming 2019 Lok Sabha elections by addressing a mega rally in north Bengal’s Siliguri city. Later, he also addressed a political rally at the Brigade Parade Ground in Kolkata.
