Allahabad HC has asked to complete the hearing of the petition related to scientific survey of Shahi Idgah Masjid at Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi within four months.

The Allahabad High Court today asked the district court of Mathura to complete the hearing of the petition regarding scientific survey of the Shahi Idgah Masjid at Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi within four months.

This petition has been filed by Manish Yadav, who is also a litigant in the Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi-Shahi Idgah case. In the petition filed last year, there has been a demand to appoint a court commissioner for scientific survey of the disputed land.

On the lines of the videography survey conducted in Kashi’s Gyanvapi Masjid, the High Court on Monday ordered the lower court on a petition filed for conducting a survey to know the truth about the Sri Krishna birthplace dispute in Mathura. According to the order of a single bench of Justice Piyush Agrawal in the Allahabad High Court, the Mathura District Court has been asked to dispose of the petition filed by advocate Manish Yadav for conducting the survey within four months.
