Rakesh Tikait accused the BJP at the Center and in Uttar Pradesh that the government wanted to get him killed. While addressing a review meeting of Bhakiyu at Dharmeshwari Farm in Jangethi village of Meerut district on Friday, he said that just as Mahatma Gandhi was shot dead by the conspirators, in the same way, even today, to raise the voice of the country and the farmers of the country. They are the target of the conspirators.
Terming the attack on him in Karnataka as a well-planned conspiracy, Tikait said that the government wants to kill him and destroy his organization as well as the Tikait family, but it will not happen.
Targeting the central government, Tikait said that the government is trying hard to disturb the unity of BKU, but due to the unity of the union, it is continuously failing.
