High Court’s decision will pave the way for early settlement of Kashi case: Alok Kumar

The Allahabad High Court has dismissed the petition of Anjuman Islamia Masjid Committee Varanasi, ruling that the claim filed for worship of visible and invisible Hindu deities inside the Gyanvapi Complex is not barred by the Places of Worship Act.

Welcoming this decision, the National Working President of Vishwa Hindu Parishad Shri Alok Kumar said that the technical objections have been rejected. This petition will now proceed on merits and we are surely heading towards a success.

He added, “We are hopeful that the petition will now move towards a final decision expeditiously.”
