Hindu society will not be responsible for any violent reaction against jihadi violence: Milind Parande

All cases of recent jihadi violence, including the murder of Praveen Netaru in Dakshina Kannada district in Karnataka, should be tried in fast track courts to ensure speedy justice to the victims’ families and the Hindu community.

Shri Parande said that the Central and State Governments should immediately consider setting up of Fast Track Courts. According to him, if the jihadi mentality continues to commit such violence, then there will be direct anger in the Hindu society and there will naturally be a fierce reaction. If this happens, then the Hindu society will not be responsible for it.

He reiterated that Vishwa Hindu Parishad and its youth wing Bajrang Dal have issued helpline numbers at the provincial level. If anyone receives threats of violence, then immediately contact those numbers for legal and all necessary assistance along with making a complaint to the police. The VHP has always stood, stands and will stand by the Hindu community.

Mr. Parande said that the Muslim community will now have to decide which leadership it accepts, that of Madani and Owaisi or that of Kalam and Ashfaq Ullah. The Muslim community will have to show the way out of the extremists and terrorist mentality, otherwise the difference between their words and actions will remain. Organizations like Jamaat Islami follow a double standard. On one hand he stands in support of those who sever his head and detonate the bombs, on the other he also pretends to provide refreshments to the kavadis.

Mr. Parande also said that material that promotes, incites and incites jihadi violence is being disseminated through the Internet. There should be a complete ban on all such material being circulated on the Internet.
Mr. Parande said that the conspiracy to build a Terror Corridor from Nepal to Delhi has come to the fore. In such a situation, the central government should make every effort to destroy it.
