Commerce and Industry Minister Piyush Goyal has said that India expects a significant increase in trade with Italy. Co-chairing the India-Italy business meeting yesterday with Italy’s Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Luizi Di Maio, he said that there are many opportunities available in the fields of tourism, service, business and education.
He said that India wants to grow its economy from three trillion dollars to ten trillion dollars in the next ten years and the best business opportunities are available here.
Speaking on the occasion, the Foreign Minister of Italy, Mr. Mao said that economic cooperation between Italy and India is increasing. He said that the Italian government is keen to enhance cooperation with India, both at the industry and entrepreneurial level.
