Kejriwal doing politics of appeasement on Rohingyas living illegally: BJP

The Bharatiya Janata Party has targeted Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, alleging that he is playing the politics of appeasement on Rohingyas living illegally.

Party spokesperson Gaurav Bhatia accused Kejriwal and the Aam Aadmi Party of doing politics of appeasement out of concern for national security. He claimed that illegal Rohingyas are a threat to the country.

The Modi government has a clear policy that there will be no compromise on national security. Rohingya infiltrators are a threat to the integrity of our country. The law of our country says that they will be deported and this jurisdiction lies with the Ministry of Home Affairs. So why is it that in the meeting held on 29th July, which was presided over by the Chief Secretary of Delhi, a hasty decision was taken that all these infiltrators would be shifted to the houses being built for EWS.
