N. Please come. has announced a cash reward of Rs 25 lakh on underworld don Dawood Ibrahim. Those who give information about him will be given this reward. The investigating agency has announced a reward of Rs 20 lakh for giving information about Dawood’s aide Chhota Shakeel. An amount of Rs 15 lakh each has been announced to nab three other associates of Dawood.
THE NIA HAS SAID THAT DAWOOD IBRAHIM AND HIS ASSOCIATES ARE WORKING CLOSELY WITH INTERNATIONAL TERRORIST ORGANIZATIONS LIKE LASHKAR-E-TAIBA, JAISH-E-MOHAMMED AND AL QAEDA.
These people are involved in various terrorist and criminal activities. These include narco terrorism, underworld criminal syndicate, money laundering, circulation of FICN and unauthorized occupation of properties to raise funds for terrorism.
The agency claims that Dawood is in Karachi, Pakistan. Dawood Ibrahim, wanted for several terror activities in India, including the 1993 Mumbai serial blasts, already has a $25 million bounty. The reward was announced by the United Nations Security Council in 2003.
