Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the first airport in Hisar and flagged off the Hisar-Ayodhya flight. He also laid the foundation stone of the new terminal. The Prime Minister congratulated the people of Haryana on this auspicious day and said that this beginning will take Haryana’s development to new heights.
The Prime Minister said that today flights have started from Haryana to Ayodhya Dham, due to which the holy land of Shri Krishna ji, Haryana, has been directly connected to the land of Shri Ram ji. He said that soon flights will start from here to other cities as well. The foundation stone of the new terminal building of Hisar Airport has also been laid, which will take the development of Haryana to new heights.
The Prime Minister said that in the last ten years, crores of Indians have travelled by air for the first time. He said that before 2014, there were 74 airports in the country, which were built in 70 years. Today, the number of airports in the country has crossed 150.
While greeting the people on the occasion of Ambedkar Jayanti, the Prime Minister said that the life, struggle and message of Baba Saheb Ambedkar are the pillars of inspiration for our government. Every day, every decision and every policy is dedicated to Baba Saheb.
Referring to his old relationship with Hisar, the Prime Minister said that he has many memories associated with Hisar. He said that when the BJP gave him the responsibility of Haryana, he worked here for a long time with many colleagues. The hard work of all these colleagues has strengthened the foundation of BJP in Haryana.
