The metropolitan unit of Bajrang Dal in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh, protested against the brutal murder of Hindu youth Kanhaiya Lal in Udaipur, Rajasthan by Islamic Jihadis and the growing communal fanaticism in the country. Addressing the protesters, Vishwa Hindu Parishad’s Central Working President and Senior Advocate Shri Alok Kumar said that the medieval concepts of Jihad are increasing religious fervor. He also demanded the hearing of the killers of Udaipur in the fast track court and justice to the victims’ families by hanging in 6 months.
In this demonstration held at Shri Krishna Leela place in Lalla Market, Bareilly, he said that the Udaipur incident is the result of religious fervor. The way a section of Islam understands Jihad, it is extremely dangerous. He feels that it is appropriate to attack, kill and loot non-Islamic people. The abduction and exploitation of women is a matter of luck. Due to this concept, violence and unrest has spread in many parts of the world.
Some Islamic organizations have condemned the Udaipur incident, but as long as these concepts are spread regarding Jihad, there will be neither peace nor communal harmony in the world. They will have to raise their voice. They will have to bear the dangers in raising this voice, they will also have to pay the price.
