The Vice President of India, M. Venkaiah Naidu has called up on the Indian community in Malawi to continue with the mission of conveying India’s message to the World.
Addressing the Indian Community in Malawi, on Sunday, he asked them to be India’s cultural ambassadors representing the India’s value and way of life.
Stressing that offer and care is the core value of Indian philosophy, the Vice President requested the Indian community to keep building bridges of understanding and empathy as they have been doing, for so many decades.
Share your prosperity with your Malawian brothers and sisters and make them partners in progress, the Vice-President opined.

The Vice President also said that the Indian social legacy has kept alive different Indian festivals celebrated with full religious enthusiasm and with the cooperation of the whole community. Your solid and more extensive inclusion in financial exercises of Malawi is vital, Naidu opined.
The Vice President featured the transformative changes embraced by the Prime Minster, Narendra Modi government and said that India is walking ahead on the way of changes. Saying that the business condition was improving, he requested that the Indian people group take a glance at the change and take advantages of the circumstance.
The Minister of State for Social Justice and empowerment, Krishan Pal Gurjar, the High Commissioner of India to Malawi. Suresh Kumar Menon and others dignitaries were present at the event.
The Vice President is scheduled to meet the President of Malawi, Prof. Arther Peter Mutharika and different dignitaries of the Malawian government on Monday.
