Congress President Rahul Gandhi and BJP President Amit Shah addressed separate rallies in poll bound Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh, respectively on Tuesday, while Prime Minister Narendra Modi also addressed a public gathering in Haryana’s Rohtak district after unveiling a 64 feet tall statue of peasant leader Sir Chhotu Ram at his native village Sampla.
The main agenda of both of the parties of visiting the places are ‘upcoming Lok Shabha Poll’.
In Dolphur district of Rajasthan the Cong scion Gandhi lashed out at Rajasthan Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje and talked about the states achievement during UPA period, on Tuesday, asserting, Raje’s government came to power five years ago yet it failed to change and uplift the poor situation of the state.
Furthermore, Rahul Gandhi questioned on Vasundhara led government in Rajasthan by saying Raje’s government did nothing for Rajasthan people in last 4.5 years. “When the UPA government was in power we gave MNREGA, waived off Rs 70,000 debt of farmers, brought in the Tribal Bill, gave food to school students, former Chief Minister of Rajasthan, Ashok Gehlot provided free medicines to people. But in that last four and five years what is that Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Vasundhara Raje have done for the native of the Rajasthan?” he said.
Further he added to his speech that “It is just a month before Rajasthan goes to poll and now the CM Vasundhara announced that she will give free electricity to the people of the state.” Gandhi put a question on this issue that “What made the Raje government wait for so long? PM Modi also promised to give 15 lakh Rs to each and every bank account. Gandhi even asked on that issue that is there anyone who received such money? Modi government keeps on telling lousy one and after another.
On the other hand, BJP President Amit Shah urged people to vote for Shivraj Singh Chouhan in 2019 Assembly election in Gwalior. Shah once again put the infiltration issue on the front and thrashed the oppositions, saying that ‘illegal infiltrators’ took away the all jobs of youths in the country and alleged the Cong Chief and other oppositions had opposed the NRC when 40 lakh such settlers were identified under the exercise.
Furthermore, Shah said that BJP government would ‘drive each and every infiltrator out of the country’ after winning the 2018 and 2019 Lok Sabha election.
While addressing a convention of BJP workers at Polo Ground in Shivpuri, Madhya Pradesh, asked the Congress scion to stop daydreaming about the congress party coming to power after elections, asserting “Rahul Baba should stop day dreaming. The Congress condition is that that it would be difficult to find them even with the help of Binoculars very soon”.
Furthermore, Shah emphasized on Ayushman Bharat Scheme, asserting, “Ayushman Bharat Scheme is the biggest healthcare scheme of the world which will provide a benefit of Rs 5 lakh to 50 crore poor people and 10 crore families”.
On his MP visit Shah made a statement that Madhya Pradesh has always supported BJP’s progressive policies.
The Cong Chief Rahul Gandhi Thrashes over Modi led government by saying, “While the PM is talking about the Beti Bachao, Beti Padao, one of his own party members is accused of rape case and after that while the CM tries to save the accused people, PM is silent on that issue. So, the real moto should be, ‘Beti Bachao, Aur BJP ken eta se Beti Bachao’.
Rahul Gandhi, who is a two day visit, was scheduled to meet and interact with the people of Dholpur and Bharatpur districts besides attending meetings in Badi, Mania, Basedi, Bayana, Vair and Dausa yesterday on October 9. According to reports, on 10 October he will address a ‘sankalp rally’ in Bikaner city along with taking parts in two different events in Jaipur.
The Congress and BJP Presidents are visiting poll bound Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh, which are going to polls on December 7 and November 28, 2018 respectively. In both of the states counting of votes will be done on 11 December.
