Cricket Australia is yet to take a decision on skipper Steve Smith and Vice Captain David Warner, but the news from the Aussie camp is that Tim Paine will captain Australia from now in this 3rd test match at Newlands.
Cricket Australia’s chief executive James Sutherland said that they can’t stop the ongoing test match, but they will investigate this test match on an urgent demand.

Steve Smith has been fined 100% of his match fee and been banned for one test match.
Australia’s opening batsman Cameron Bancroft was the culprit to use the sticky white tape on the ball, and this was premeditated by the senior Australian players. He used a tape while he was working on the ball in the post lunch session.
Then he tried to hide that white taped ball from the match officials and the umpires.
Bancroft has been charged for ball tampering by the match referee.
This ugly episode has brought an upset with the Australians team, Captain and the other members.
When the Prime Minister of Australia heard this news, he also condemned the Aussies players for this disgraceful job.
