Indian-born Aisha Shah secures senior position in Biden’s White House digital squad

U.S. President-elect Joe Biden revealed on Monday the representatives of his White House Digital Strategy Office, where Kashmir-born Aisha Shah has held a senior role.

Shah was appointed Manager of Alliances at the White House Global Strategy Office, led by Rob Flaherty, Director of Digital Strategy, as reported by the Biden Transition Team.

Brought-u in Louisiana, Shah previously worked as head of digital partnerships at the Biden-Harris Initiative. She presently works as an Advanced Expert with the Smithsonian Institution.

Previously, Shah served as an Assistant Manager of the John F Kennedy Center for Performing Arts Corporate Fund, promoting the first-ever extension of the Presidential Memorial.

Shah has worked as a public relations expert at Buoy, an integrated consulting agency specialised in social benefit communications, as well as spitfire tactics, allowing non-profits to use pop culture as a platform for social change.
