Breakthrough in investigation, CCTV shows Vaze & Vinayak Shinde in car 3 days before Mansukh Hiran’s death

In a major development in Mukesh Ambani bomb scare case, CCTV footage has emerged showing suspended Assistant Police Inspector Sachin Vaze and convicted cop Vinayak Shinde traveling in a car three days before Mansukh Hiren’s death. This is the eighth vehicle associated with Vaze in connection with the Antilia bomb scare and the Mansukh Hiren dhobi case.

A green Scorpio, a white Innova, two black Mercedes Benz cars, a Land Cruiser Prado, a black Volvo, and a white Mitsubishi Outlander have all been seized by the agency. According to sources, the same black Audi was frequently parked outside the Mumbai Police Headquarters. The NIA is now examining footage from other CCTV cameras to determine the whereabouts of the accused.

The NIA searched a hotel and a club in south Mumbai, as well as a flat in neighboring Thane, as part of its investigation into the discovery of an explosives-laden SUV near industrialist Mukesh Ambani’s home and the murder of businessman Mansukh Hiranandani. Customers and employees of the hotel, which is located near the Babulnath temple, were asked to leave.

With the assistance of divers, the NIA recovered a laptop, a printer, two hard disks, two vehicle license plates, two digital video recorders (DVRs), and two CPUs from the Mithi river here on Sunday. The agency is investigating Vaze’s alleged role in parking the explosives-laden SUV near Ambani’s residence on February 25 and the murder of businessman Mansukh Hiran.

On March 5, the body of Hiran, who was in possession of the SUV, was discovered in a creek in Mumbra town, Thane district.
