Working President of Gujarat Pradesh Congress Hardik Patel has resigned from all the posts of the party. In a tweet message, he said that he is leaving the party post and primary membership. He hopes that all his colleagues and the people of Gujarat will welcome this decision.
Patel said that after resigning, he will be able to do more meaningful work for the future of Gujarat. Patel had recently come into the limelight for criticizing state Congress leaders. He had accused himself of torture. He also claimed that even after complaining to Congress leader Rahul Gandhi against several leaders, no action was taken.
Patel had also appreciated the decision-making ability of the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party. Recently, he had also said that he is proud to be a Hindu and after this rumors of him joining the BJP had surfaced.
