ISIS attacker who conspired to kill Nupur Sharma detained Russia’s Federal Security Service said the man named Azamov was recruited by the Islamic State as a suicide bomber in Turkey between April and June of this year.
It was trained in Turkey. According to the conspiracy, Azamov was sent to Russia to obtain an Indian visa. Money was also sent to Islamic State Kashmir for the attack.
The terrorist was taught religious fundamentalism through a telegram messenger and a personal meeting with a member of the Islamic State in Istanbul. The terrorist took the oath of allegiance to the Islamic State chief before leaving for Russia. The Ministry of Home Affairs is monitoring the situation.
