In Anantnag, terrorists have kidnapped two army personnel.

Two Army Soldiers Kidnapped by Terrorists in Anantnag, Jammu and Kashmir

Two soldiers of the Territorial Army were abducted by terrorists late Tuesday evening in the forests of Anantnag, Jammu and Kashmir. Following the incident, security forces launched a search operation in the entire area. The search operation is still ongoing.

Officials said the two Territorial Army soldiers were kidnapped from Shangas in the Kokernag area of Anantnag. One soldier managed to escape from the terrorists and reached safety. He informed the Army about the incident. Based on this information, the Army, along with police and paramilitary forces, launched a search operation in the entire area.

American Tourist Found Unconscious in Sonamarg, Dies

An American tourist was found unconscious in a hotel in Sonamarg, Ganderbal district of Kashmir. An official said that the 84-year-old tourist was shifted to the Primary Health Center (PHC) Sonamarg by hotel staff, where doctors declared him dead.

The official identified the deceased tourist as Runma Alauddin Rajabali, a resident of Dallas, Texas, USA. The official said police have taken cognizance of the incident and further investigation is underway.
