CM Rekha Gupta: We will take every possible step to make Delhi drug-free

Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta visited Bhanwar Singh Camp of RK Puram Assembly. She interacted with the people living in the slum and listened to their problems. The Chief Minister assured the people that their problems will be resolved.

Opinion is being sought from the people of Delhi for preparing the budget. Chief Minister Rekha Gupta told the media on Sunday that the budget of the Delhi government is being prepared. They are being called to know the suggestions and expectations of different sections. Meetings are being held with women’s organizations, business organizations, people from the education sector and people from the rural areas of Delhi. People from slums have also been talked to to understand their pain and demands. Everyone has been assured to solve their problems.

A zero tolerance policy will be adopted against drug abuse in Delhi. Appropriate solutions will be found to end the problem of drug abuse. In this regard, a meeting will be held with the Police Commissioner and solutions to the problem will be discussed.

On the issue of waste management, the Chief Minister said that our policy and intention is clear. There is commitment to work and the problems will be solved.
