Assam reported no COVID-19 deaths on Thursday after 14 days, while 175 new cases were detected taking the tally to 2,11,040, Health and Family Welfare Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma said. Altogether 267 patients recovered from coronavirus pushing the entire number of cured people to 2,06,875, the minister said adding that the present recovery rate is 98.02 per cent. India crossed 90.5-lakh mark on Saturday morning after the country recorded 46,232 new cases in 24 hours. As per the latest figures by the Union Health Ministry, India’s Covid-19 tally reached 90,50,598 with 46,232 fresh coronavirus infections.
