After the Vienna terror attack by an Islamist terrorist which left four people dead, the Austrian govt has decided to shut the mosques which were frequented by the terrorist. The terror attack was conducted by 20-year-old Austrian Macedonian, Kujtim Fejzulai, was killed by police during the assault. According to reports, the authorities are shutting down two in Vienna with immediate effect, as it is suspected that these institutions had played vital roles in radicalising Fejzulai. The rising number of Covid-19 cases has triggered widespread panic among students and parents. Especially as schools reopened on November 2 for students of classes 9 and 10 as many as 829 teachers and 575 students tested positive for Covid-19. The Afghan National Army has received 429 military vehicles from the US as part of Washington and the NATOs continued support to the war-torn country’s forces, the Defence Ministry here said in a statement on Friday. Central Bureau of Investigation officials picked up former Karnataka Minister and Congress leader Vinay Kulkarni in Dharwad on Thursday in reference to the murder of former Zilla Panchayat member Yogeeshgouda Goudar in 2016, official sources said. According to sources, Kulkarni was taken from his residence to suburban police headquarters in Dharwad for questioning.
