An Air India flight carrying 114 Indians, who were stranded in UAE thanks to the coronavirus- induced lockdown, reached here on Sunday night, a politician said. The Supreme Court has refused to accept lawyer-activist Prashant Bhushan’s regret in a case of contempt over his remarks in a 2009 interview in which he had said that eight of the previous 16 CJIs were corrupt. The Supreme Court also said it needed to check whether ‘corrupt Chief Justices’ remark amounts to contempt of court.
