A Delhi court on Thursday allowed 60 Malaysians, who took part in the Nizamuddin Markaz integration, to walk free on the payment of fine of Rs 7,000 each, a lawyer said. The Central government on Thursday asserted that funds received as voluntary donations in PM CARES fund cannot be shifted to the National Disaster Relief Fund (NDRF) accounts, as the funds have been created under different laws.
