Over 270 cases were registered and 3,608 people detained in Delhi on Saturday for violating lockdown orders, police said. According to the data shared by the police, 271 cases were registered under section 188 (for disobedience to order duly promulgated by public servant) of the Indian Penal Code till 5pm. SpiceJet has decided to send employees earning more than Rs 50,000 per month on leave without pay on a rotational basis, sources said on Sunday amid flight services remaining suspended till May 3. The government has revised the list of economic activities and services to be allowed from Monday in parts of the country least affected by the novel coronavirus outbreak. As per a Home Ministry order released today, the supply of non-essential goods by e-commerce companies has now been prohibited during the lockdown period.
