Terming coronavirus a disaster, the Odisha government asked people on Sunday to remain alert for at least six months. The state government also asked the people to practise social distancing and refrain from spreading rumours and misinformation about the novel coronavirus pandemic. The Pakistani Rangers violated the ceasefire by resorting to unprovoked overnight firing on forward posts along the International Border (IB) in Kathua district of Jammu and Kashmir, officials said. However, there was no report of any casualty in the firing on the Indian side.
