Two militants and a CRPF man were killed in a brief encounter on the outskirts of Srinagar on Wednesday morning. According to sources, the motorcycle-borne militants fired on a CRPF patrol party and killed one CRPF man. Bhutan’s lower house on Monday passed a legislation that makes it mandatory for visitors from India, Bangladesh and the Maldives to pay a fee of Rs 1200 per day for its “sustainable development” from July this year.
