EU leaders have agreed to impose sanctions on most oil imports from Russia by the end of this year. The sanctions are in line with new sanctions imposed on Russia during a meeting to aid Ukraine. Temporary exemption has been allowed on oil imports through pipelines. Rescue workers in Nepal have so far recovered 14 bodies from the plane crash site. There were 22 people on board this small plane. Search is on for the rest of the passengers. The wreckage of a plane operated by Nepalese company Tara Air has been recovered from Mustang district of northern Nepal.
