Arvind Kejriwal announces ten point action plan to curb air pollution

Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has announced a ten-point action plan to curb air pollution. Talking to reporters, Kejriwal said that the scheme would help in curbing air pollution in the national capital region during winters.

He said that crackers have been banned and 75 teams have been constituted, the government will conduct survey and punish those who violate dust pollution rules.

He also said that 250 teams have also been formed to stop the burning of garbage. Mr Kejriwal said that the first e-waste park is being built in India. Necessary steps are being taken to reduce the traffic bottleneck. 64 places with traffic congestion have been identified in the National Capital Region.
