India-Bangladesh: CBI issues lookout notice against brother of TMC leader in cattle smuggling case

The Central Bureau of Investigation has sent lookout notice to Trinamool Congress leader’s brother Binay Mishra include charging Commander Satish Kumar and six others of the Border Security Force (BSF). Mishra and the others are suspected of participating in a cattle-trafficking ring on the border between India and Bangladesh.

In a recent event, the BWI has challenged Rujira’s wife and Menaka Gambhir’s sister-in-law, the chairman of the Trinamool Convention, Abhishek Banerjee. This case concerns unregulated coal extraction and mining in Eastern Coalfields Limited mines.In connection with a suspected cross-border cattle smuggling case, BI has released a lookout notice against Bijay Mishra. Bijay is the brother of Binay Mishra, a close confidante of Trinamool Congress leader Abhishek Bannerjee.

The approach to seek a Red Corner Notice against Binay Mishra from Interpol is being considered, officials said on Saturday. Binay Mishra was found to be inactive in the supplementary charge sheet filed with a special court of CBI in Asansol following his failure to appear before the CBI for questioning at least four times.

The CBI has summoned an IG and a West Bengal Police Police Superintendent (SP), ordering them to appear before the department in connection with the case on Monday.

Binay Mishra was named as a co-accused in the case involving livestock trafficking from India to Bangladesh in his supplementary charge sheet lodged in February of this year. The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI). In addition to TMC Binay Mishra, the charges filed by the CBI include charging Commander Satish Kumar and six others of the Border Security Force (BSF). Mishra and the others are suspected of participating in a cattle-trafficking ring on the border between India and Bangladesh.
