Indian government bans several Pakistani YouTube channels including Dawn, ARY and Geo News

As a result of the terrorist attack in Pahalgam, tensions have escalated on the India-Pakistan border. After the unfortunate killing of 26 tourists in Jammu and Kashmir, the Indian government has taken a tough stand against Pakistan.

The Border Security Force (BSF) has raised the alert level in border villages of Punjab’s Gurdaspur district. Security agencies have instructed local residents to remain on high alert and report any suspicious activity immediately.

Local farmers expressed their concerns and said that they want to avoid a situation of war. Farmers like Gurtar Singh explained that based on past experiences, war causes serious harm to the residents of border areas.

BSF officials have advised farmers to harvest their crops as early as possible. The main reason behind this is to avoid potential security risks.

Local farmers have appealed for peace and stressed the need for a diplomatic solution between the two countries. They believe that war will not benefit anyone and will only cause human loss.

The current situation is extremely sensitive and people living in border areas are strictly following the instructions issued by the authorities. The surveillance and vigilance of the security forces is intact.
