PM Modi, JP Nadda and Rajnath Singh pay tributes to former PM Atal Bihari Vajpayee on his 96th birthday

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath gave floral tributes on Friday to former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee on the occasion of his 96th birthday.

Senior party leaders and officials were present at the gathering.

The condition of Vajpayee was installed in Lok Bhawan by Yogi Adityanath last year and was unveiled by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Tributes were also given to the former prime minister at the state headquarters of the BJP.

Fruit distribution, general distribution, ‘havan’ and prayer services were carried out by BJP employees in various localities of the state capital.

Atal Bihari Vajpayee, represented Lucknow at Lok Sabha for five consecutive terms from 1991 to 2009. He had a close friendship with the city and had several acquaintances in the state capital.
