Kovid curfew in Uttarakhand has been extended for one more week from today. The curfew will be implemented on July 13 till 6 am. The state government has given permission to open shopping malls with 50 percent capacity. The local administration has been allowed to observe a one-day shutdown on a traditional holiday.
Earlier, except Nainital and Mussoorie, all cities and towns were closed on Sundays. Shops and business establishments can now be opened six days a week instead of five days. Gyms and coaching centers can be opened with fifty percent capacity.
Educational institutions and training institutes will remain closed till further orders. Hotels and restaurants and dhabas near roads can be opened with 50% capacity. It will be mandatory for people coming from outside the state to register on the smart city portal and submit negative RTPCR or rapid antigen test report. Such reports should not be older than 72 hours.
