VHP Delhi President Kapil Khanna inaugurated the DDCA Election Office.

(DDCA) elections this time the election office of VHP leader and former Bajrang Dal Delhi convener and VHP Delhi Pradesh executive member Shyam Kumar was inaugurated by Vishwa Hindu Parishad Delhi President Kapil Khanna at Vikram Nagar of Ferozshah Kotla.
