Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath says that if someone wants to live in the country, he will have to consider the nation as paramount and not religion. Yogi said that the country will be run by the constitution and not by the opinion and religion. I am a devotee of God but do not believe in any hypocrisy. Your opinion, your religion will be in its own way. Will be in your home, will be at your place of worship. It is not meant to be performed on the street. You cannot impose it on others. Everyone has to accept Nation First.
In a special interview with news agency ANI, CM Yogi Adityanath said on the Gyanvapi controversy, what is Trishul doing in the mosque… If we call it a mosque, there will be controversy. To whom God has given sight, let him see.. We have not kept the Trishul in the mosque. There is Jyotirlinga..there are idols of Gods. What are the whole walls shouting and saying..I think this proposal should come from the Muslim community that a historical mistake has been committed..we want it to be resolved.
