A new round of talks between Russia and Ukraine will be held in Turkey from today. The two countries will hold talks from March 28 to 30. The two countries have talked several times about opening humanitarian corridors in the cities of Ukraine most damaged by the military attack. The talks in Turkey will be the second round of high-level talks between the two countries.
Biden, while giving a speech in the Polish capital, Warsaw, said that Russian President Vladimir Putin cannot remain in power. Biden has met these people face-to-face for the first time since the attack on Ukraine.
