Tamil Nadu’s famous Madurai Meenakshi Temple has been opened for devotees from today. The Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Department of the state in its announcement yesterday has allowed entry to the temple with a Covid vaccination certificate.
More than 40 thousand devotees visit the Meenakshi temple every day. The State Government has put up awareness messages at various places to follow the COVID guidelines.
