Indian-origin researcher Dipanjan Pan leading a team of US scientists has developed an experimental diagnostic test for COVID-19 that can visually detect the presence of coronavirus in 10 minutes. Economic growth fell to 3.1 per cent — a low not seen in more than 17 years — in the fourth quarter of 2019-20, with private investment and manufacturing hit hard even as there was the Covid-19 lockdown for only few days in March.
