Delhi violence took a communal turn when a 51-year-old man, Vinod Kumar, was killed by a mob on the night of 24 February in Brahampuri area of north-east Delhi. An Intelligence Bureau staffer was on Wednesday found dead in a drain in northeast Delhi’s riot-hit Chand Bagh area where he lived, officials said.
