Celebrating its 18th anniversary, the Ishara International Puppet Theatre Festival is all set to bring on stage stories from India and across the world, including countries like Turkey, Spain, Germany and Finland. To be held from February 14 to 22 at the India Habitat Centre in New Delhi and Tagore Theatre, Chandigarh, the festival, which started in 2001 is supported by the Ishara Puppet Theatre Trust and produced by Teamwork Productions. A newborn in the central Chinese city of Wuhan, the epicentre of the novel coronavirus outbreak, was confirmed to have been infected with the virus just 30 hours after being born, a local hospital said on Wednesday. State-run Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd (HAL) will make and sell Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) or drones in partnership with Israeli Aerospace Industries Ltd (IAI) and Dynamatic Technologies Ltd for the Indian defence, para-military and Central armed forces, the aerospace major said on Wednesday. “We have signed an agreement with IAI and Dynamatic for making and selling the drones for Indian forces,” said the official at the margins of the biennial 11th edition of DefExpo 2020 here. The Delhi High Court on Wednesday said that four convicts in Nirbhaya rape and murder case should be hanged together and gave a weeks’ time to them to avail their legal remedies. “The death warrants should be executed together.
