The aircraft-launched supersonic cruise missile BrahMos was successfully test-fired from Sukhoi-30MK-1 fighter aircraft from the Integrated Test Range Chandipur off the coast of Odisha today.
This test is an important link in the development of BrahMos missile. The test paved the way for the production system of aircraft-launched BrahMos missiles in the country.
