The Bombay High Court has exempted Aryan Khan from appearing weekly before the Drugs Control Bureau-NCB. He said that Aryan will have to appear before the Special Investigation Team of NCB Delhi branch whenever he is directed, provided he is given 72 hours notice.
In another amendment, the court allowed Aryan Khan to move out of Mumbai on the condition that he would inform the agency about his travels in advance.
Aryan Khan was arrested by the NCB on October 3 for allegedly using narcotics after a raid on a cruise ship off the Mumbai coast.
