Bhutan has decided to honor Prime Minister Narendra Modi with the country’s highest civilian award, the Nagdag Pel Gi Khorlo or the Order of the Druk Gyaplo, on the occasion of its National Day. In a tweet message, Bhutan’s Prime Minister Dr. Lotay Tshering has said that Bhutan’s King Jigme Khesar Namgyal Wangchuck announced to honor Prime Minister Narendra Modi with the country’s highest civilian decoration.
Maintained friendship for years unconditionally and helped his country especially during the covid pandemic.
Congratulating Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Dr. Lotte Tshering said that he is a great, spiritual person. He said that he personally looks forward to celebrating this honour.
