BJP leader Sanjay Khokhar killed during morning walk in Baghpat, UP

UP BJP leader Sanjay Khokhar was gunned down while he was out on a morning walk in
Former district president of Uttar Pradesh BJP and a local party leader Sanjay Khokhar was shot dead at his own farm fields in Baghpat when he went out on a morning walk on Tuesday.

Three unidentified men opened fire at BJP leader Sanjay Khokhar when he was out on a morning walk. Police personnel have rushed to the spot where the blood-soaked body of Sanjay Khokhar was recovered from the fields.

The incident took place in Chaprauli area of Baghpat in UP.

A video doing the rounds on social media show the bloodied body of Sanjay Khokhar lying in a narrow alley between the fields as locals and police personnel crowd look on.

Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Adityanath has expressed grief at the killing of Sanjay Khokhar and ordered probe to nab the culprits.

This is not the first time that miscreants have targeted a leader in Baghpat. Earlier in June, a BJP leader’s son was killed in gunfire in Baghpat.
