India has achieved an important achievement in the fight against the COVID pandemic. The country has got an anti-Covid vaccine for adolescents of 12 years and above.
Central Drugs Standard Control Organization- CDSCO. has permitted the emergency use of Cadila Healthcare’s DNA-based COVID vaccine – ZycoV-D, for children aged 12 years and above in the country.
Three doses of this vaccine will be given. After giving the first dose, the second dose will be given on the 28th day and the third dose will be given on the 56th day. Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that the country is fighting against Kovid with full force and the world’s first DNA-based Zydus Cadila’s Zycov-D vaccine is an important achievement of the country’s scientists.
