The proceedings of the Lok Sabha were adjourned till tomorrow due to uproar by the opposition members demanding the removal of Union Minister Ajay Kumar Mishra from the Council of Ministers.
After the first adjournment, there was no change in the situation when the proceedings of the House began at 2 pm. Opposition members continued to protest in support of their demand. These members again came in the middle of the house.
Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla urged the members to take up the issue after the Question Hour and allow the proceedings of the House. Amidst the noise, the Speaker tried to hold the question hour but the commotion continued.
