Nitish Kumar left the Bjp and took oath tomorrow with the Grand Alliance

The swearing-in ceremony of the Grand Alliance under the leadership of Nitish Kumar will be held tomorrow. Governor Fagu Chauhan will administer the oath to the new cabinet at 4 pm. Earlier, Nitish Kumar has staked claim to form a new government in the state. Nitish Kumar said that the list of support of 164 MLAs has been submitted to Governor Fagu Chauhan. These include seven political parties Rashtriya Janata Dal, Congress, Hindustani Awam Morcha, MLAs from Left and one independent MLA.

Earlier, Nitish Kumar has been unanimously elected leader of the grand alliance of Janata Dal United, Rashtriya Janata Dal and Congress. This decision was taken in a joint meeting of the three parties.

Earlier, the JDU ended its alliance with the Bharatiya Janata Party to form a new government in the state with the support of the Congress and the Rashtriya Janata Dal. Letters have been given in support of Nitish Kumar to form new government in RJD and Congress. The decision to part ways with the Bharatiya Janata Party was taken this morning in the meeting of the Janata Dal United Legislature Party chaired by Shri Nitish Kumar.

There are 243 seats in the Bihar Legislative Assembly. Of these, 79 are from Rashtriya Janata Dal, 45 from Janata Dal United, 19 from Congress, 16 from Left parties and four from Hindustani Awam Morcha. There is one independent MLA in the Legislative Assembly. Bharatiya Janata Party has 77 MLAs.
