In an attempt to lure the youth of Kashmir, Pakis making utmost attempts. According to the information given by National Investigation Agency, this time Pak is trying to lure the student fraternity to attract. As part of strategic game plan to radicalise the youth and make them lean towards separatism, Pak has begun offering scholarships for MBBS and engineering courses to Kashmiri youth.

The NIA has reported that the three-way nexus of militants, the Hurriyat and Pakistan establishment are sponsoring the students of Kashmir in order to train a generation of physicians and technocrats who will lean towards Pakistan. In a February 2018 case the terror funding agency filed the charge sheet.

The plan was well-executed by the Hurriyat leaders, the hawk Syed Ali Shah Geelani and the Hurriyat dove, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq. They were the ones who used to provide the students with letters of recommendations for visas.

The NIA charge sheet claimed who the students that visited Pakistan were family relatives of former militants or family members of active militants who had been involved in various anti-national activities and migrated to Pakistan or were known to Hurriyat leaders.

In addition to sending the parents to ex-militants, the Hurriyat leaders also used to collect money from the wealthy people for various courses to their ward in the neighboring country.

They used to keep the money and certify that their families were sent to Pakistan, in some way, in connection with separatist ideology. Their modus functioning was simple. In order to obtain a visa for study in Pakistan, the greatest qualification was to demonstrate that one had separatism.

The NIA seized a paper from Nayeem Khan’s home where he suggested a student to be admitted to a ‘standard medical college’ in Pakistan, her family had remained committed to the freedom struggle through thick and thin”.

This recommendation was a long time practice for students in Jammu and Cashmir under the watchful eyes of former political regimes but none of its former Chief Ministers, including Farooq Abdullah, his son Omar Abdullah and Mehbooba Mufti, cracked a whip in order to stop this unholy relationship that was aimed more at polluting young people than educational activities. n”
From the very first day on, Kashmiri students who went to Pakistan to take their higher education were fed with an explanation that, on the basis of their membership in a family with a separatist agenda that opposes New Delhi in Jammu and Kashmir, they have been admitted.

When the students were admitted to professional schools in Pakistan, they are fed with the information that is in line with the country’s Kashmir policy. That policy is known to everyone that Pakistan wants every Kashmiri to become a part of the proxy war which it has been fighting in J&K for the past three decades. of the country was supplied to their

Pakistan on the pretext of providing education made every possible attempt to radicalize Kashmiri youth, who after returning to the Valley could spread hatred against India and its rule.

According to the data which was shared by the officials nearly a year ago, around 700 students from Jammu and Kashmir, maximum of them from the Valley, were pursuing different professional courses in Pakistan colleges.

In August 2020, the Medical Council of India had issued a notification that any medical college in Pakistan occupied Kashmir needs permission/recognition under the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 and such permission has not been granted to any medical college in PoK.
