Slogans were raised in support of gangster Atiq Ahmed, who was killed after the last Friday prayer of Ramzan in Bihar’s capital Patna . After the prayer, some fundamentalists raised slogans of ‘Shaheed Ateeq Ahmed Amar Rahein’. During this, slogans were also raised against UP CM Yogi Adityanath and Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
The incident took place near Patna Junction. The crowd was coming out after offering namaz in a mosque located here. During this, objectionable slogans were raised. Rais Ansari alias Rais Ghaznavi was leading the people who raised slogans in support of gangster Atiq. It is being told that Ghaznavi has a shop near Patna Junction.
In the video that surfaced, it can be seen and heard that ‘Ghaznavi Shaheed Ateeq Ahmad Amar Rahe’ is being raised and the fundamentalists standing with him are repeating it from behind. During this, slogans of ‘Yogi-Modi Murdabad’ were also raised.
The one who raised objectionable slogans further said, “Had he been hanged, we would not have spoken anything. The police had taken the remand of both by writing in the court. Took responsibility for their safety. At the time Ghaznavi was saying all these things on the mike, during that time a large number of people were present around him.
